Terms of Service – Tarly Bots

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Discord bots operated under the Tarly Bots brand, including WordWiz, DailyQ, Jolly Roger, and any future bots released by Tarly Bots.

By using these bots, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Bots

Tarly Bots provides Discord bots designed to enhance community interaction and functionality within Discord servers.

Users may add and use the bots in their servers provided they comply with:

• Discord's Terms of Service

• Discord's Community Guidelines

• these Terms of Service

Users agree not to misuse the bots or attempt to disrupt their operation.

2. Availability of Service

While we aim to keep our bots operational and reliable, Tarly Bots does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Premium Features, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some bots, including DailyQ and Jolly Roger, may offer optional paid features, digital items, one-time purchases, or premium subscriptions.

Paid features may include recurring premium access or one-time purchases, such as virtual currency, game content, or other digital items and features.

Purchases, subscriptions, and billing may be handled through third-party platforms such as Discord. Tarly Bots does not process or store payment information such as credit card details. Paid features, digital items, benefits, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Purchases and subscriptions made through Discord are subject to Discord’s applicable payment, cancellation, and refund policies. One-time purchases may be non-refundable except where otherwise required by Discord’s policies or applicable law. Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are determined in accordance with the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

If a payment, purchase, or subscription charge is reversed, refunded, or disputed through a payment provider, Tarly Bots reserves the right to revoke the associated premium access, digital items, virtual currency, or other paid features.

Premium features may also be suspended or removed if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Tarly Bots to:

• violate Discord's Terms of Service

• abuse or exploit bot functionality

• attempt to disrupt the operation of the bots

• use the bots for unlawful purposes

Tarly Bots reserves the right to restrict access to the bots in cases of abuse or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tarly Bots services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Tarly Bots shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the bots.

6. Termination

Tarly Bots reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the bots for users or servers that violate these Terms of Service.

7. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

Updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the bots after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
